We celebrated our 50th engagement day in October by planting two roses. The roses are called Mary Rose, and the above picture is from the label on the plant. It is said to be 100-125 cm tall and the scent should be like that of almond flowers. Blooming from June until late autumn. It is an English rose bred by
David Austen in 1963.
It will be intriguing to see it bloom and inhale the scent - hopefully in the summer of 2018
