Pork Loin Pot - Slow Cooker


1 pork loin
6 potatoes
2 carrots
1 big red onion
1 big handful of snap peas 
2  garlic cloves
½ liter vegetable broth
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp worchestershire sauce 
cornstarch


Prepare the vegetables and cut them in dices. Cut the garlic cloves in  slices and put it in the slow cooker.


Cut the pork loin in slices and season with salt and pepper. Fry in a frying pan until brown on both sides. Put it in the slow cooker. Pour the vegetable broth in the frying pan and let boil, and then pour it in the cooker. Set on LOW for 6½ hour and HIGH 1 hour.
Use 3 tbsp cornstarch (Maizena) dissolved in a little water to thicken the sauce.
